EXCHANGES / RETURNS / REFUNDS AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Exchange Policy:

Exchanges -If Nalah Bags have delivered the incorrect product to you,  please notify us within 7 days of receiving this item Email to : nalahqualitycontrol@gmail.com

Exchanges will only be processed once all information is received via our Quality Control Department. (Date of Purchase/ Description of purchase / Images of incorrect product etc)

Nalah bags will not exchange incorrect sizing purchased of our handbags. Sizing charts and descriptions are available throughout our page. Images are also on each product of the shop for sizing indications. Contact us for additional sizing information. Images are also available for indication purposes to see our sizing.

Please keep product in its original packaging.

Once items are received at our premises and confirmed that the items were unused and still in the original packaging  we will dispatch the correct items to you at our cost.

Items will be inspected by our quality control department.

Once items have been inspected and confirmed the items are in the original condition they were sent and confirmed that incorrect items have been sent to you we will then process the exchange.

Exchanges may take between 7-10 Working days depending on inspection / packing / processing and Courier services.

In the event that items are out of stock, you may choose a different item at the same price, if the price differs from the original product – (If items are more expensive you will have to pay the balance and if the price is less than original price we will refund you the difference)

If you have purchased from one of our Stockists – Please contact them directly (stockists will have their own returns or exchange policy – this will not be part of the Head Office Policy)

Returns and exchanges are only valid for customers that have purchased directly from head office via our Website or directly from our owner Lindie Heystek. If Items are defective or damaged please refer to the below:

Discounted / On Sale items and Black Friday Sale items are not eligible for refunds / returns or exchanges unless the items are faulty or defective which we would need to be notified once you have received your item or within the times stipulated above.

Items on this page is sold separately to ensure you create your own customized handbag- Frame / Insert and handles- you will find handles in our shop section.

 

 

Damaged and Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged/faulty or factory defective item, please notify us in writing immediately or within no later than 7 days of delivery (nalahqualitycontrol@gmail.com) or contact us

Please include all your details such as order number/ date of purchase and also clear images of the defective goods.

Products will only be replaced if received damaged or if they have a factory defect or fault.

Our Quality control department will inspect the items once they have been received.

Items will not be replaced or exchanged if they were in any way damaged or tampered with.

Products will only be replaced with the same or equivalent or value product that was originally purchased.

If you choose a different item which is not equivalent in product or value to the original item you will be liable for the difference.

Products will not be replaced if the damage was caused by wear and tear or cared for incorrectly. This includes Frames / Inserts and All Genuine leather items incl Synthetic or rope handles. On every order we sent out we include care instructions and also advise customers to read our FAQ and Terms and Conditions on this website.

Genuine Leather Flaws (Flaws may contain stitching /bite marks/ scratches /marks / threads / healed scars  / cracks and sometimes in colour. This is due to real leather that is  a natural product  and in fact an animal’s skin and will display traces of the animal’s past life.  Please read our FAQ for all information. If your Frame was exposed to high temperatures or heat sources and your bag shape is lost- we can unfortunately not be exchanging your item- REFER TO FAQ and  Care Instructions.

Your Frame will not be replaced if you have neglected care instructions.

REFUNDS:

Exchanges and Refunds for non defective and faulty items:

Nalah TM bags wants you to be completely satisfied  with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us : nalahqualitycontrol@gmail.com    contact us    within 5 days of receiving your order in terms of section 16 of the CPA Act (Section 16 of the Act specifies that a consumer who has signed or agreed on the website as a result of direct marketing has the right to rescind the transaction by notice to the supplier within 5 business days of goods delivered/ paid and transaction was concluded) Refunds will not be eligible after 5 business days cooling off period.

Please send all information – Date of purchase / Order / Payment method.

Always  keep the items in their original condition and packaging.

Items need to be sent back to Nalah bags at your cost.

Nalah bags reserves the right to refuse any exchange of refund if the original condition is not met. If the items have been used or damaged we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

Items will be inspected by our quality control department.

You may choose to exchange your items for another item(If items are more expensive you will have to pay the balance and if the price is less than original price we will refund you the difference)

If you choose not to choose another item – We will refund you the full amount of your order and shipping cost when all the above requirements have been met, if all requirements not met we will not be able to do your refund.

This is only valid for Retail customers and not stockists or resellers.

Any Refunds may take between 7-10 working days depending on payment method.

Refunds and Exchanges will only be processed once the products have been received at Nalah Bags Head Office and in its original and New condition and packaging.

Gift Cards are not refundable or exchanged for cash
