PRE-ORDERS RETAIL CUSTOMERS:

Genuine Leather Handbags are custom made per order and non stock items.

  • Genuine Leather bags are on Pre Order and once ordered and fully paid it will be Couriered to you within 15-18  Working days depending on delays that may occur from time to time. Loadshedding may cause delays.
  • Manufacturing days excludes public holidays and weekends.
  • All our Leather handbags have a Manufacturing lead time of 15 Working days, thereafter the bags will be shipped – Allow extra days for shipping.
  • Customers will receive an email that confirms that the order is processing (Check your “Spam” or “Junk” mails)
  • You will also receive one email with an update and approximate arrival date of your order at our premises a few days after you have paid and placed your order.
  • Once your items arrive at our premises it will be shipped out to you immediately. We will then send you a confirmation of your order is Completed with Tracking details – Check “Spam” and “Junk” Mails.
  • You will receive a confirmation email that your order is completed with Tracking details – Check your “Junk” or “Spam” Folders.
  • Your Order should reach you within 2 – 7 business days after processing for all in stock items, depending on your delivery area.
  • In some cases we may experience high volumes of orders and your items may be delayed. You will receive a notification on your order.

How do i place an order?

Orders may be placed on this site via the Shop tab. You may also use the Design Your Bag feature for placing your order as well. If you use the Design Your Bag feature, always ensure that you check all the information of each item (sizing/colour etc on the “Shop” for more or additional Information). Which payment methods are available?

  1. Payfast: The Ultimate online payment solution. Payfast offers credit and debit card payments.
  2. YOCO: Safe and seamless debit or credit card payments.
  3. PayJustNow: Offering regular card payments or down payment options.
  4. Manual EFT Option – Please take note that Nalah bags do not process orders until payments are cleared in our bank account. Items cannot be reserved without payment or proof of payment. We will keep your order on hold for 24 hours, after 24 hours we will automatically cancel the order. Your orders will only be sent out one business day after payment reflects in our bank account, this allows for packing and preparing your handbag for delivery.

IMPORTANT: When manual EFT’s are done, stock can not be reserved and if another order is placed for the same item and instant payment or card payment is received by another customer it will go to the first PAID customer. Please ensure proof of payment is sent immediately to reserve items or within 24Hours after your order is placed. Items will be reserved if proof of payment is emailed.

Insert Sizing? I see my insert is smaller than my Frame? Leather and Vinyl

Yes, Inserts are all made to fit into Nalah bags only.

Inserts are made smaller than all frames (Leather Bags and Vinyl bags) due to fabric thickness that may differ.

Remember that this is not sewn into your bag similar to a lining and a separate item that may be removed.

You may see on your Leather Frames a 1cm difference on each side.

This is to ensure that when thick fabrics are used that they still fit onto the Frame. Also once items are placed into your bag the sizing will also fill out and will fit into your bag. This is also done as some of the leathers differ in thickness and our openings allow extra space if a thicker leather is used. Also the frame is lined and if the insert fits to tightly into the bag it pulls the insert and makes bubbles inside the inner.

  • Orders and payments are processed within normal business hours only.
  • Any orders that are placed and paid after hours – it will only be processed the next business day when payment is received.

Can there be colour variations in the products?

Yes, the images on the website are taken without any natural light in a catalogue box.

Leather Colours may also vary from time to time as leather hide colours may vary.

On Design Your Bag, image pixels are compressed and may appear darker. The colours are edited closest to the natural colour of the products. In certain cases, the colours may appear brighter or darker depending on your mobile device or PC screen. If you are unsure about a colour, please contact us directly for any information.

Original Nalah Insert Info

Original Nalah Bags Inserts are exclusive items and not available to any other Brands. We manufacture our own inserts in South Africa and we have our own Factory. We source our own textiles in South Africa. Our Inserts are lined with a fabric stiffner to ensure that the insert stands up in the bag.

Nalah EVA Vinyl Frame Info

Our Handbags are from an Italian-inspired design. Original Nalah bag Frames is made from Eco Friendly EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) vinyl. Our Frames are high quality and extremely lightweight and easy to clean and sanitise. Sizing of the frames might differ slightly by 1 to 1,5cm depending on factory colours etc. Colours may also differ slightly from time to time depending on factory design.

Nalah Frames cannot be compared to other well known Brand’s Frames. We are different Brands and can not be compared as items are made in different factories.

Genuine Leather Handles & Strap Info

We have different handles for our Nalah handbags.

Handles are sold as a pair. Always refer to each individual item for detailed information on each handle length, colours and hardware information.

  1. Genuine South African Leather: In various colours and styles, they are extremely soft and very durable. Always ensure that you take care of your leather handles with a cleaner/conditioning oil specifically for leather at your closest leather shop or outlet for them to last the maximum amount of time.

Nalah bags are fashion accessories designed to carry small lightweight items. The maximum recommended load of the bag is 2kg. Do not overload your bag with heavy objects. This will cause damage to your frame, insert and also your handcrafted leather handles. Genuine Leather Nalah branded handles are made exclusively for the Nalah brand.

Original Nalah Genuine leather handbags and frames are part of our registered Trademark.

Our Proudly South African Genuine leather handbags and handles  are handmade goods. Handmade goods tend to contain slight variations due to the maker being human. Real leather is a natural product and will often display traces of the animal’s past life, such as brand marks, wrinkles, veins, threads, healed scars and different fibre density and colouring will remain visible after the aniline dying process. Some items may have a smooth surface and some may have a textured finish, hides may differ to each animal’s past life.

Our Leather items are handmade and items may vary or have slight Variations. Ensure Leather care is done on all leather goods.
