What is the waiting period for pre-order items?
- Certain leather goods may occasionally be in stock without any waiting period.

- While we endeavor to expedite the delivery of your products, our factory operates at a pace consistent with the slow fashion industry, necessitating the full manufacturing period to fulfill orders.
- Please note that our custom-made Genuine Leather Handbags, as well as other handbag styles, are not held in stock.
- You can expect to receive your handbag within 20 to 22 business days.
- However, in certain cases, delivery may be delayed by an additional 2 to 3 days due to unforeseen circumstances, courier delays, or other factors not specifically mentioned.
- Some handbags may have varying waiting periods; nonetheless, you will receive an email with your estimated arrival date upon placing your order.
- Please be aware that the estimated time of arrival (ETA) provided in this email does not account for public holidays.
- To stay updated on your items, you can monitor their real-time status on your profile and track your parcel accordingly.
PEAK SEASON/ FESTIVE SEASON DELIVERIES
All pre-orders completed by November 30, 2024, will be delivered or shipped by December 13, 2024, due to our annual factory shutdown.
When you receive your ETA email, please ignore any dates that extend beyond December 13, as the ETA is based on standard manufacturing timelines and does not take the holiday season into consideration.
All orders will be dispatched within the outlined time frames before the factory closure on December 13. Pre-orders placed after November 30 will be shipped in January 2025.
Is it possible to expedite my order?
Our Peak season starts from 15 October 2024 until Christmas Cut off dates 25 November 2024
Due to the current peak season for orders, we are unable to expedite the ordering process.
Each handbag is carefully handcrafted, which makes faster production impossible.
You can anticipate receiving your handbag within 20 to 22 business days.
Your estimated arrival dates will be sent to you via email upon ordering and can also be found on your profile under tracking.

You will receive an Email upon ordering that will indicate your ETA date. This date is very accurate and does not change unless stipulated otherwise.

Nalah Bags does not send email updates to customers. Instead, all updates are exclusively available through your profile, which you can access at any time.

Received incorrect items?
Received the wrong items? We truly apologize for the inconvenience. While we strive to ensure that all orders are accurate, human errors can occasionally happen. Please follow the steps outlined below.
Here’s a step-by-step guide for returning if you have received the incorrect items:
- Inspect Your Order :   Upon receiving your items, carefully check that the correct items have been sent to you.
- Report Immediately:Â Â If you find that you received the wrong item, report it to us immediately at : info@nalahbags.co.za , or within seven (7) days of receipt. (Email Image of Product, your order details and all other docs)
- Check the Return Window:Â Â Remember that returns or exchanges are only accepted within the (7) seven-day period after you receive your product (Claims after the (7) Seven day period will be declined.
- Condition of the Item:Â Ensure that the item you wish to return or exchange is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- Original Packaging: Ensure that the product still has all the original packaging and ensure that all tags are still attached to the bag (By removing the tags the bag is no longer in it’s original state of packaging)
- Email Your Documentation:  Send the images of the incorrect items you received along with your documentation to our designated email address (info@nalahbags.co.za)
- Await Confirmation:Â Â Once you have submitted your return request, wait for our confirmation.
- Compliance to our Policy :Â Be aware that failure to comply with any of these guidelines may lead to an automatic declining or rejecting of your return or exchange request.

I have never used Pudo before, how does it work?
Please take a moment to review the Pudo process before opting for Pudo as your delivery choice:
PUDO LOCKER PROCESS
Pudo lockers operate differently from door-to-door deliveries.
Nalah bags is not responsible for Pudo’s policies and delivery timelines.
PROCESS STEPS
Share your preferred collection locker with us upon Ordering
Nalah bags will deposit your parcel.
You will receive a tracking number from Nalah upon deposit, allowing you to track your parcel.
Note that parcel deposits may not align with waybill number issuance.
Wait 24-48 hours before tracking to ensure accurate waybill details.
The Courier Guy will collect items and transport them to the hub.
Local Courier Guy will collect from the hub and place the parcel in your chosen locker.
Upon deposit, you’ll receive a pin code directly from the Courier Guy.
You have 36 hours to collect your parcel using the received pin code via SMS.
Use the Pudo screen for collection and enter your SMS pin.
For locker locations, visit the Pudo website and select your area to view available lockers.
NOTES
Pudo locker deliveries may take 2-7 business days based on your location.
Nalah bags is not liable for delays or technical issues within the Pudo process.
When can I expect my pin code?
Once your items have been deposited by the Courier into the locker you will receive an automatic email from the Courier Guy with your pin code.
Nalah bags do not supply the pin codes- we do not have access to the Courier Guy’s system.
I have not received my pin code, What do i do?
You would need to contact the Courier Guy directly if you have not received your pin code:

How do I track my Pudo Parcel?
Courier Guy Website Guidelines for Parcel Tracking:
- Wait 24-48 Hours after receiving your Locker waybill number before tracking your parcel.
- Note that it takes time for parcel/waybill details to appear on the Pudo System.
- Avoid tracking before 24-48 Hours to prevent seeing “no parcel found” or “Waybill does not exist” results.
- Once the parcel is on the Pudo system, tracking will be available (up to 48 Hours).
- Possible delays may occur due to Loadshedding or technical issues at Pudo.
- Parcels are not immediately deposited on the same day of booking.
- Deposits only take place during business hours and when there is no Loadshedding.
- Parcels cannot be deposited during Loadshedding, as the Pudo Locker will be offline, causing potential delays.
