  • Immediate Payment Required: Orders will only begin production/dispatch once funds reflect.
  • In-Stock Items: Must be paid within 2 hours. Orders may be cancelled without notice if not received.
  • Order Status: Stays On Hold until cleared. Proof of payment alone doesn’t update status.
  • Processing Hours: Allocations are done Mon–Fri, 08h00–17h00. Payments after hours/weekends are processed the next business day.
  • Promotions & Sales: Payment must be made before promo ends. Late payments won’t qualify.
  • Limited Stock: Prompt payment is essential.
  • EFT Reference: Always use Order/Invoice Number (not name).
  • Proof of Payment: Send via email or WhatsApp (details above).
  • Confirmation: Once cleared, you’ll receive an email, and your order moves to Processing.

LAY-BUY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Your order will be placed on a 3-payment Lay-Buy plan:

• Payment 1 – Due today
• Payment 2 – Due end of next month
• Payment 3 – Final payment due end of the following month (3 months max)

Your handbag will only be dispatched once all 3 payments have cleared in our bank account.
Orders cannot be released without full payment.

IMPORTANT

• No refunds or cancellations on Lay-Buy orders
• EFT payments only – use your Order Number as reference
• First payment must be received within 48 hours
• Your price is locked once Payment 1 is received (prices won’t drop later if items go on sale)
• Missed or late payments may delay your order
• No payments for 30 days = Lay-Buy cancelled and payments forfeited
• Products cannot be swapped or changed once the Lay-Buy starts
• Proof of payment alone does not count — only cleared funds
• Lay-Buy orders placed after seasonal cut-off dates may not qualify for Christmas delivery

EXCLUDED FROM LAY-BUYS

• Black Friday deals are excluded from Lay-buy deals
• Influencer discounted Codes are excluded from Lay-buy deals.
