Shipping for In Stock and Pre-Order items

IN STOCK ITEMS RETAIL CUSTOMERS:

  • Nalah TM Bags and Accessories Pty Ltd offers door to door courier Delivery services.
  • Your Order will be processed within 1 Business day after payment has been received in our bank account.
  • Once Payment is received you will receive an email confirming that your order is Processing. Always check your “Junk” or “Spam” folders.
  • Orders and payments are processed within normal business hours only.
  • Any orders that are placed and paid after hours – it will only be processed the next business day when payment is received.
  • Manual EFT payments- Order status will only change to processing once payments have cleared in our Bank account.
  • Your order will be sent out 24 Hours after being processed for all in stock items.
  • You will receive a confirmation email that your order is completed with Tracking details – Check your “Junk” or “Spam” Folders.
  • Your Order should reach you within 2 – 7 business days after processing for all in stock items, depending on your delivery area. See below
  • Shipping : Gauteng/ Limpopo/ Free State / North West/ Mpumalanga- 2-3 Working days. KZN 3-4 Working days. Cape Town and outlaying areas may take 4-8 Working days depending on area.
  • In some cases of Flash Sales / Discounted sales we may experience high volumes of orders and your items may be delayed by 2-3 working days. You will receive a notification on your order.
  • Outlaying areas may take longer for delivery depending on the Courier routes.
  • The Courier Guy is used for all our deliveries.
  • Parcels are delivered on weekdays between 8h00 and 17h00.
  • Tracking – You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched or ready for courier collections.
  • Orders that include Pre-Order items and In Stock items will only be shipped once the Pre-Orders have arrived.
  • Each item will indicate in Stock (Add to Cart) Or Pre-Order with a lead time.

PRE-ORDERS RETAIL CUSTOMERS:

Genuine Leather Handbags are custom made per order and non stock items. They are manufactured on order.

  • All our Leather handbags have a Manufacturing/Production lead time of 15 Working days. This is the actual time it takes to make the handbag in the Factory.
  • Manufacturing / Production days excludes public holidays and weekends.
  • After 15 Working days the factory will ship your handbag to our premises.
  • Your items will be packed and shipped to you.
  • Always Allow extra days for shipping.
  • Shipping days from the factory to our premises are not included in the manufacturing days of the handbag. Allow extra days for shipping.
  • Delays may occur from time to time.
  • Customers will receive an email that confirms that the order is processing (Check your “Spam” or “Junk” mails)
  • You will also receive one email with an update and approximate arrival date of your order at our premises a few days after you have paid and placed your order.
  • Once your items arrive at our premises it will be shipped out to you immediately. We will then send you a confirmation of your order is Completed with Tracking details – Check “Spam” and “Junk” Mails.
  • You will receive a confirmation email that your order is completed with Tracking details – Check your “Junk” or “Spam” Folders.
  • Your Order should reach you within 2 – 7 business days after processing for all in stock items, depending on your delivery area.

COLLECTIONS IN POLOKWANE:

  • Collections are strictly on appointment basis only. Once your order paid and ready for collection we will notify you of the collection point and collection times.
  • Head Office is not a walk in shop

VENDORS / STOCKISTS ORDERS:

  • Processing for Stockists / Vendor Orders may take between 2-3 working days due to large quantities and bulk orders.
  • Once processed and ready for courier collection it may take between 2-7 Working days for delivery depending on your delivery address.
  • PRE ORDER ITEMS: Genuine Leather bags are on Pre Order and once ordered and fully paid it will be Couriered to you within 15 -20 Working days depending on delays that may occur from time to time.
  • All our Leather handbags have a Manufacturing/Production lead time of 15 Working days, thereafter the bags will be shipped – Allow extra days for shipping.
  • Once your Pre-Order item arrives at our premises it will be shipped out to you immediately.
  • Orders that include Pre-Order items and In Stock items will only be shipped once the Pre-Orders have arrived.

SALE / COUPON DISCOUNTED /BLACK FRIDAY SALE ITEMS:

  • Shipping for special Discount Coupon Deals and Black Friday and other Sale deals may take longer than usual due to high volume orders placed – Shipping between 7-10 working days.
  • Sale/ Coupon Discount / black Friday deals are for our Website Head Office orders only.
  • Restocking any items are not guaranteed ~ Limited Stock available per item. We would like to keep our Brand Unique and exclusive but still interchangeable.
  • SALE ITEMS & DISCOUNTS- Immediate payments to be made or Proof of payments to be mailed within stipulated time frames otherwise discounts will not be valid. Any payments made after the Sale / Discount expired the order will not be taken into account and full amount will have to paid.

GIFT CARDS:

  • Once payments have been received and confirmed your gift card will be emailed to you with your unique code.
  • Payments and orders are processed within business hours only.
  • If orders are placed on weekends or after hours it will be processed the first working day after the weekend or public holiday
  • Allow 24 Hours for processing.
  • Gift cards are processed and emailed within business hours only.
  • Gift Cards are not refundable / non redeemable for cash.

EXCHANGES / RETURNS / REFUNDS AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Exchange Policy:

Exchanges -If Nalah Bags have delivered the incorrect product to you,  please notify us within 3 days of receiving this item Email to : Dispatch/Shipping or Returns/Exchanges : admin@nalahbags.co.za

Exchanges will only be processed once all information is received via our Quality Control Department. (Date of Purchase/ Description of purchase / Images of incorrect product etc)

Take note: We do not do exchange via Whatsapp or telephone calls. Strictly by emails only.

  • Nalah bags will not exchange incorrect sizing purchased of our handbags. Sizing charts and descriptions are available throughout our page. Images are also on each product of the shop for sizing indications. Contact us for additional sizing information. Images are also available for indication purposes to see our sizing.
  • Insert Sizing against our Frames- All info on our FAQ and Care Instructions explain our sizing in depth. We do not exchange inserts based on sizing unless it is a defective item.
  • Nalah bags have put notices up on all textiles used for our Inserts. Please ensure that you are aware of the item you have purchased.
  • Nalah bags will not exchange custom orders (Pre Orders) These include our complete Genuine Leather range (Items are made to order per customer)
  • Sale / Black Friday Sale items are not eligible for exchanges or Refunds.
  • Please keep product in its original packaging and do not remove tags.

Once items are received at our premises and confirmed that the items were unused and still in the original packaging  we will dispatch the correct items to you at our cost.

Items will be inspected by our quality control department.

Once items have been inspected and confirmed the items are in the original condition they were sent and confirmed that incorrect items have been sent to you we will then process the exchange.

TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Exchanges may take between 7-10 Working days depending on inspection / packing / processing and Courier services.
  • Nalah Bags will not be liable for your Courier fees for normal exchanges.
  • Nalah Bags will be liable for Courier Fees if incorrect items have been sent to you.
  • Nalah Bags will be liable for Courier Fees if your items are Defective.

In the event that items are out of stock, you may choose a different item at the same price, if the price differs from the original product – (If items are more expensive you will have to pay the balance and if the price is less than original price we will refund you the difference)

Damaged and Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged/faulty or factory defective item, please notify us in writing immediately or within no later than 3 days of delivery =Dispatch/Shipping or Returns/Exchanges : admin@nalahbags.co.za

Please include all your details such as order number/ date of purchase and also clear images of the defective goods. Our policy is strictly processed via email only. No whatsapp or Telephone calls.

  • Products will only be replaced if received damaged or if they have a factory defect or fault. Please ensure that you are aware of our all our Care Instructions.
  • Our Quality control department will inspect the items once they have been received.
  • Items will not be replaced or exchanged if they were in any way damaged or tampered with.
  • Products will only be replaced with the same or equivalent or value product that was originally purchased.
  • If you choose a different item which is not equivalent in product or value to the original item you will be liable for the difference.

Products will not be replaced if the damage was caused by wear and tear or cared for incorrectly. This includes Frames / Inserts and All Genuine leather items incl Synthetic or rope handles. On every order we sent out we include care instructions and also advise customers to read our FAQ and Terms and Conditions on this website.

  • Nalah Bags will be liable for courier fees of Defective items and incorrect items sent to customers.

GENUINE LEATHER ITEMS (Handbags and Handles)

  • Genuine Leather “Flaws”
  • “Flaws” may contain stitching /bite marks/ scratches /marks / threads / healed scars  / cracks and sometimes in colour.
  • This is due to real leather that is  a natural product  and in fact an animal’s skin and will display traces of the animal’s past life.
  • Some of the scratches or marks may be corrected with Leather Care.
  • Some leathers may be smoother than others – this is a normal occurrance (All depends on the animal’s past life. This is not a defect.
  • Some leathers may contain creases
  • Sizing and shape discrepancies may occur with leather.
  • THE ABOVE POINTS ARE NOT CONSIDERED AS A DEFECTS or FLAWS ON LEATHER ITEMS (HANDBAGS/HANDLES)
  • Ensure leather Care is applied to your leather items and goods.
  • Insert Sizing in our Leather frames may differ. Please read FAQ and Care Instructions for in depth description.

  • If your Frame was exposed to high temperatures or heat sources and your bag shape is lost- we can unfortunately not be exchanging your item- REFER TO FAQ and  Care Instructions.
  • Your Frame will not be replaced if you have neglected care instructions.
  • If a product is out of stock. you may choose a different item.  (If items are more expensive you will have to pay the balance and if the price is less than original price we will refund you the difference)
  • Discounted / On Sale items and Black Friday Sale items are not eligible for refunds / returns or exchanges unless the items are faulty or defective which we would need to be notified once you have received your item or within the times stipulated above.

REFUNDS:

Exchanges and Refunds for non defective and faulty items:

Nalah TM bags wants you to be completely satisfied  with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us : Dispatch/Shipping or Returns/Exchanges : admin@nalahbags.co.za  within 5 days of receiving your order in terms of section 16 of the CPA Act (Section 16 of the Act specifies that a consumer who has signed or agreed on the website as a result of direct marketing has the right to rescind the transaction by notice to the supplier within 5 business days of goods delivered/ paid and transaction was concluded) Refunds will not be eligible after 5 business days cooling off period.

TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Items need to be sent back to Nalah bags at YOUR cost. Nalah Bags will not be liable for your Courier Fees.
  • Nalah Bags will only be liable for Courier fees if items are defective or incorrect item was sent to you.
  • Please send all information – Date of purchase / Order / Payment method.
  • Sale / Black Friday Sale items will not be refunded.
  • Pre order and Custom orders are not eligible for refunds (This includes our complete Genuine leather handbag range – Orders are made to order and custom made per customer)
  • Always  keep the items in their original condition and packaging.
  • Once Refund is agreed upon we will only refund the handbag amount and NOT the Courier fees as you received the items in good order. We will deduct the Courier amount from your Refund.
  • We do not accept whatsapp messages or phone calls for any of the above. Strict Email policy only.

Nalah bags reserves the right to refuse any exchange of refund if the original condition is not met. If the items have been used or damaged we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

Items will be inspected by our quality control department.

You may choose to exchange your items for another item(If items are more expensive you will have to pay the balance and if the price is less than original price we will refund you the difference)

If you choose not to choose another item – We will refund you the full amount of your order and shipping cost when all the above requirements have been met, if all requirements not met we will not be able to do your refund.

This is only valid for Retail customers and not stockists or resellers.

TIMELINE OF REFUND:

  • Any Refunds may take between 7-10 working days from the date the items have arrived back at our premises.
  • Our timelines for processing a refund is non negotiable.
  • Refunds and Exchanges will only be processed once the products have been received at Nalah Bags Head Office and in its original and New condition and packaging.

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE Regarding Purchases from one of our Stockist Shops:

If you have purchased from one of our Shops/ Stockists/resellers and agents – Please contact the Shop/ Reseller / Agent directly (stockists will have their own returns or exchange policy – this will not be part of the Head Office Policy)

Returns and exchanges are only valid for customers that have purchased directly from head office via our Website or directly from our owner Lindie Heystek. If Items are defective or damaged please refer to the below:

Discounted / On Sale items and Black Friday Sale items are not eligible for refunds / returns or exchanges unless the items are faulty or defective which we would need to be notified once you have received your item or within the times stipulated above.
