Since launching in 2021, these bags have become part of the Nalah story — but as fashion evolves, so do we. We’re moving forward with a fresh vision: elevated silhouettes, updated details, innovative design, and a new generation of handbags that feel modern, timeless, and fashion-forward.
Think of it as an upgrade — reimagined for the next chapter of Nalah.
There is no official launch date just yet, as our owner is still in the design phase, carefully developing the next evolution of these beloved styles.
Keep an eye on our social media pages for updates, or join our VIP Members list to be the first to hear what’s coming next.
This means that the original versions you know and love will no longer be available in the future.
While the bags themselves are being redesigned, the inner fabrics are still available on the website until sold out.

Pre Order Products:

Delivery is estimated within 23–25 business days from payment.
This includes:
- 20–22 business days for handcrafted production
- 2–3 business days for courier delivery
- Occasionally, courier or unforeseen delays of 2–3 extra days may occur.
- If the order due date is on a weekend or public Holiday expect it only the next business day.

What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order item is not kept in stock and is handcrafted specially for you once your order is placed. Pre order timelines are stated on the product.
⏳ Production & Delivery Timeline
- Production: ± 20–22 business days
- Courier delivery: 2–3 business days
- Total estimated delivery: 23–25 business days
Your progress and estimated delivery window are always visible on your customer profile.
🧵 Handcrafted Process & Possible Delays
All Nalah bags are handcrafted with care and quality as our priority.
Occasionally, delays may occur due to factors such as:
- Leather or hardware supply delays
- Rejected or damaged hides
- Quality control processes
While delays are uncommon, they can happen. We will never compromise on quality. If a delay occurs, this will be clearly communicated on your customer profile and relevant policy pages.

💳 When Does Production Start?
Production lead times begin only once payment has fully cleared into our account.
Lead times do not start if payment is still pending.
🚚 Courier Delivery
Once dispatched, courier delivery usually takes 2–3 business days, depending on the courier.
📩 Tracking & Estimated Delivery Emails
- The Estimated Delivery Window email sent after checkout is:
- Automated and indicative only
- Does not account for public holidays
- Based on payment clearance, not order placement
Your most accurate and up-to-date delivery estimate will always be shown on your customer profile, reflecting completion within 22–25 business days.
🔍 How to Track Your Order and Get Order Updates
Option 1: Your Profile
- Log in with the email you used to order
- Not registered? Sign up & request a password
- Check Junk/Spam for the login email
- Scroll to Tracking for updates (production → shipping)
Option 2: Order Tracking Page
- Go to Tracking of Orders
- Enter your 5-digit order number + email
- Scroll down for details
⚠️ Important:
Progress updates are only visible in your profile. We don’t send production updates via WhatsApp or email (only final courier tracking).
⏳ Production Timeline (20–22 Business Days)
- Days 1–5: Leather & hardware ordered (ETA shows in profile)
- Days 6–10: Materials arrive → order enters production queue
- Days 11–18: Handcrafted
- Days 19–22: Final inspection at Nalah HQ
➡️ Courier delivery adds extra time.
📦 Expected delivery: 23–25 business days
Updates are not weekly, Updates are only given at 3 critical intervals during the complete process.
Please note:
- Your timeline starts after the “Order is Processing” email
- Your profile always shows the most accurate ETA
🔍 Can I expect my order sooner than the expected ETA date?
Unfortunately not. Each of our handbags is carefully handcrafted and made within our stated 22–25 business day production timeframe.
We begin crafting your bag as soon as your order enters our production line, and this timeframe allows us to ensure the quality and attention to detail that Nalah Bags is known for.
If your ETA is on a weekend or public Holiday you can expect it to be delivered the next business day
