PRE ORDER (Non Stock items)
  • ALL Pre Order (Non Stock Items) ORDERED BEFORE 07 DECEMBER will be delivered or dispatched by December 13-17, 2024, due to our annual factory closure.
  • When you receive your ETA email, please disregard any dates that go beyond December 13 (the ETA is calculated based on typical manufacturing timelines, not accounting for the festive season).
  • All orders will be dispatched within the specified time frames until the factory closure on December 13.
  • Pre Orders placed ON OR AFTER 07 December 2024 will only be dispatched mid January 2025. Notes on products.
IN STOCK ITEMS
  • Once the payment is confirmed in the Nalah Bags Bank account and you have received an email confirming that your order has been processed, it may take 24-72 hours for the order to be dispatched, depending on the delivery method you have chosen.
  • Please note that Pudo Locker Shipping might experience a delay of 48-72 hours after the processing confirmation email, due to high occupancy of Pudo Lockers. We must wait for a locker to become available to deposit your parcel. Consider this when opting for Pudo Locker shipping. Nalah Bags will provide notification only if an available Locker is not found within 72 hours. Pudo Lockers are subject to availability. Please refer to our Pudo Terms and Conditions for more information (In our Shipping Policy)
  • Door-to-door deliveries will be dispatched within 24-48 hours.

 

Shipping Fee Terms and Conditions

The fees listed on our Website at checkout are the estimated costs for our average-sized parcels delivered to non-high-risk areas.

  • Any extra fees or surcharges incurred by Pudo or the Courier Guy for deliveries to high-risk locations will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • We only become aware of these additional charges when booking your parcel. Please keep in mind that parcels will not be dispatched if there are outstanding fees.
  • Nalah Bags will inform you of any extra fees or surcharges through email or WhatsApp, including a screenshot from the Courier Service or Pudo Service.

 

The following fees are the standard rates without any surcharges or additional high-risk area fees:

Which options are available for Shipping?

During the checkout process, you’ll have the following shipping options for your purchases:

 

**Pudo Locker to Pudo Locker (Most Affordable Option) – R79**

Collect your items at the designated Pudo Locker. Ensure you provide the correct Pudo Locker name. Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days after shipping.

 

 

**Delivery Directly to Your Door – R180** (This may be with Pudo or The Courier Guy depending on your parcel size)

Your items will be delivered to your doorstep via Pudo , typically within 2-4 business days after shipping.

Nalah Bags may send parcels through The Courier Guy or Pudo, depending on size.

 

Larger packages, like Teacher’s bags, Totes, Desiree Bags  may incur an R280 charge, prompting the use of Pudo for delivery.

Collection details will be provided once your package is ready. Please be aware that courier collection is not available. Additionally, if necessary, overnight delivery can be arranged for an extra fee. All door-to-door deliveries are managed by The Courier Guy, who does not deliver to Postnet addresses. Please note that Postnet and Paxi services are not available.

Pudo Locker to Locker Process (R79 Fee)

Before choosing Pudo for delivery, consider the following key points:
Locker Info we need from you:
  • Enter your Pudo Locker details at checkout; delays may occur if not provided.
  • We need the Full name of the Locker and the address.
  • If the Locker is situated at a Courier Guy Kiosk we would need the full Kiosk name and address.
Order Holding if details are not provided:
  • Orders stay at Nalah Bags until all details are submitted.
Customer Responsibility:
  • Using Pudo is at your own risk; Nalah Bags isn’t liable for losses or delays.
Delivery Timelines
  • Deliveries may take up to 5 Business days (after goods have been dispatched)
  • Orders may be delayed if Pudo lockers are occupied or not available for deposit or any technical issues.
Step by Step Collection Process
  • Pudo Lockers deliveries are to the Locker you selected and not to your door (We do offer Locker to your door at an additional cost)
  • You need to pick up your parcel at the Locker that you selected.
  • Follow the instructions provided on the screen for Pick Up of a parcel.
  • Enter the Pin number that will be sent to you via Pudo.
  • Locker will open and you can remove your parcel.
Nalah Bags’ Role regarding Pudo Locker to Locker:
  • Nalah Bags does not manage Pudo’s policies or delivery schedules.
  • Nalah bags will book and deposit your parcel only.
  • Nalah Bags won’t choose a locker for you.
  • An Accurate Locker name and address to be provided. If incorrect details have been supplied Nalah bags will not be responsible for any losses or delays.
Package Deposit :
  • Nalah Bags will place your package in the locker if a Locker is available. Lockers at high season or Peak times are not always available and this may delay your parcel deposit up to 48 Hours.
Tracking of your Pudo Parcel:
  • Track only within 24-48 Hours, it does take time to reflect on the Pudo System
Pin Code Notification for your collection:
  • You will Receive a pin code via SMS to collect your package within 36 hours. Nalah bags will not provide this. Pudo will sms this to you directly.
PRIOR TO SELECTING PUDO LOCKER TO LOCKER DELIVERIES (Delay in delivery may be expected)
  • Please note that Pudo Locker Shipping might experience a delay of 48-72 hours after the processing confirmation email or if your orders have arrived at our offices, due to high occupancy of Pudo Lockers.

  • Consider this when opting for Pudo Locker shipping.

Pudo Terms and Conditions

By choosing any of our Pudo Locker options, you acknowledge and fully understand the following terms and conditions.

Pudo Terms and Conditions:
  • Pudo Services (Locker to door or Locker to Locker) are subject to the availability of Pudo Lockers.
  • Deliveries may experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as lockers being at full capacity or the unavailability of appropriately sized lockers. Expect delays that may be up to 72 Hours.
  • Nalah Bags will provide notification only if an available Locker is not found within 72 hours.
  • Available Pudo Lockers are not guaranteed
  • Please keep this in mind when selecting a Pudo service. Deliveries are expected to take between 3 to 5 business days from the moment you receive your tracking information.
  • Nalah Bags will not be liable for any loss or damage that occurs during the Pudo process prior to delivery.
  • Nalah Bags will not be accountable for any delays related to your Pudo delivery.
  • Nalah Bags will not provide your Pudo Pin for collection, as this is issued solely by Pudo.
  • In certain cases Pudo may change the collection locker if the collection locker is fully occupied, this is changed from the Pudo side and not Nalah Bags, we cannot change or edit delivery lockers.

Any additional fees imposed by Pudo for deliveries to High Risk areas must be covered by the customer. We only become aware of these fees when booking your parcel. Please note that parcels will not be dispatched if there are any outstanding fees.

Nalah Bags are not responsible for any technical errors or issues regarding your packages and deliveries through Pudo.

When will I receive my parcel? (For Pre Order/ Custom/ Manufactured Items)

  • Certain leather goods may occasionally be in stock without any waiting period.

  • While we endeavor to expedite the delivery of your products, our factory operates at a pace consistent with the slow fashion industry, necessitating the full manufacturing period to fulfill orders.
  • Please note that our custom-made Genuine Leather Handbags, as well as other handbag styles, are not held in stock.
  • You can expect to receive your handbag within 20 to 22 business days.
  • However, in certain cases, delivery may be delayed by an additional 2 to 3 days due to unforeseen circumstances, courier delays, or other factors not specifically mentioned.
  • Some handbags may have varying waiting periods; nonetheless, you will receive an email with your estimated arrival date upon placing your order.
  • Please be aware that the estimated time of arrival (ETA) provided in this email does not account for public holidays.
  • To stay updated on your items, you can monitor their real-time status on your profile and track your parcel accordingly.

When will I receive my parcel? (For In Stock Items)

  • Your order for in-stock items will be shipped out 72 hours after processing.
  • Kindly take into account processing times, which include packing and preparing your order for shipment.

Customers are recommended to track parcels 24-48 hours after receiving the email or notification.

  • Please note that due to the increased number of orders during special Discount Coupon Deals, Black Friday, and other Sale events, shipping may experience delays, with an estimated delivery time of 7-10 working days.
