π How Pre Order Updates Work (Step by Step)Β
These steps are relevant only for pre-order products with a stated lead time.
Items from the In-Stock section are shipped within 72 hours.
As a small atelier, weβre unable to provide individual order updates. To keep things simple, we offer a self-service tracking portal, available anytime.
Step 1: Track Your Order
Use the tracking link and enter your order number and email address.
All updates are visible on your customer profile by scrolling down to tracking.
Step 2: Understand When Updates Appear
Updates are not daily. They appear at 3 key stages only and do not change over weekends or public holidays.
You will see:
- Estimated completion window confirmed (This is also emailed on same day of your order)
- Order completed and dispatched
- Courier tracking activated
Any delays or issues will be communicated on your profile. If you donβt see an update, your order is progressing as expected.
Step 3: Where Your Order Is in Production
You can use the timeline below as a guide to understand your orderβs progress:
- Days 1β5:Β Β Β Β Leather & hardware ordered β ETA confirmed on your profile
- Days 6β10:Β Β Materials received β order enters production queue
- Days 11β18:Β Handcrafting in progress
- Days 19β22:Β Final finishing & quality checks at Nalah HQ
Step 4: Completion Window
Your profile will show your expected completion window:
- Earliest: 22nd business day
- Latest: 25th business day (excluding unforeseen delays)
