Pre Order Products:

Delivery is estimated within 23–25 business days from payment.
This includes:
- 20–22 business days for handcrafted production
- 2–3 business days for courier delivery
- Occasionally, courier or unforeseen delays of 2–3 extra days may occur.

❓ When should I start tracking my order?
The timing depends on whether your item is in stock or made to order, as well as the shipping method selected.

Please allow up to 72 hours after placing your order to receive your tracking email.
Once you receive your tracking details:
Courier Door-to-Door:
Start tracking 24 hours after receiving your tracking details, as the courier still needs to collect the parcel.
Locker-to-Locker / Locker-to-Door:
Start tracking 48 hours after receiving your tracking details. Your parcel must still be deposited into a locker.
If no locker is available at the time of deposit, the locker deposit will be retried on the next business day.
🧵 If your product is PRE-ORDER or MADE TO ORDER
On the day your order is placed, you will receive an Estimated Delivery Window by email.
This is an indication only.
- Your confirmed Estimated Delivery Window will be visible on your profile within the first 5 business days of placing your order.
This allows time to assess leather availability, production timelines, or any unforeseen delays. - Your next update will be sent towards the end of production, around business days 17–18, when your bag enters its final production stages.
- By business days 20–21, your order will be completed and sent to the Nalah Office.
- At this point, you will receive your final update, which includes your tracking details.
Once you receive your tracking details:
Courier Door-to-Door:
Start tracking 24 hours after receiving the tracking details, as the courier needs to collect the parcel.
Locker-to-Locker / Locker-to-Door:
Start tracking 48 hours after receiving the tracking details, as the parcel must first be deposited into an available locker.
If no locker is available, the locker deposit will be retried on the next business day.

1️⃣ Choose Locker-to-Locker (R89)
Select Locker-to-Locker at checkout and enter full locker details:
Locker name, address, city, province & postal code.
(For kiosks, include the exact name and location.)
2️⃣ Shipment & Tracking
Once dispatched, Courier Guy sends tracking via email/SMS.
Tracking may take up to 48 hours to activate.
Locker availability may cause deposit delays.
Upon shipment of your order, delivery may be delayed if lockers are fully occupied at the time we attempt to deposit the parcel. If no locker is available, the locker deposit will be retried, usually on the next business day, which may result in a delivery delay.

3️⃣ Locker Arrival Notification
- You’ll receive a message with:
- Locker address
- Access PIN or barcode
- This PIN is only valid for 36 hours. If you are unable to collect the parcel within this time, please contact The Courier Guy directly to make alternative arrangements. Nalah Bags will not take responsibility for parcels that are lost due to not being collected in time, or if the parcel is returned to us, sent to a kiosk, or redirected to a Courier Hub.Any additional costs incurred because of late collection or parcels sent back to us will be for your account.

4️⃣ Collect Your Parcel
Go to the locker → select Pick Up → enter PIN/scan barcode → collect parcel.
5️⃣ Collection Window – Strictly 36 Hours
- Parcels must be collected within 36 hours, failing which they may be returned to the hub or returned to us.
- If you are unable to collect your parcel within this time, please contact The Courier Guy directly to make alternative arrangements.
- Nalah Bags will not be held responsible for parcels that are lost due to late collection, returned to us, sent to a kiosk, or redirected to a Courier Hub.
- Any additional costs incurred as a result of late collection or parcels being returned to us, sent to a kiosk, or redirected to a hub will be for your account.

The Courier Guy will send you your PIN and reminders to collect your parcel within the required timeframe.
If you are unable to collect your parcel, please contact PUDO Customer Service directly to make alternative arrangements. Please note that Nalah Bags will not be responsible for uncollected parcels.
If your parcel is not collected within 36 hours, the courier may move it to the nearest depot or kiosk. Any further arrangements will be the customer’s responsibility, and any additional fees charged must be paid by the customer.

- ⏳ Delivery Delays Deliveries may be delayed due to full lockers or unavailable sizes. Expect 3–5 business days potential delays.
- 📅 Weekday Deposits Only Parcels are deposited Monday–Friday. No weekend deposits. Updates provided via your profile.
- 🗄️ Locker Availability Locker availability is not guaranteed. We must wait for an open locker, which can take up to 36 hours.
- ⏱️ Delivery Timeframe After receiving your tracking info, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.
- ⚠️ Liability & Responsibility Nalah Bags is not liable for loss of packages, damage, or deposit/delivery delays.
- • Pudo PIN comes directly from Pudo (This is received via Email and Whatsapp – Reminders to collect will also be sent)
- • Pudo may change locker if original is full (cannot be changed by Nalah Bags)
Once you Receive your Collection Pin From The Courier Guy – 36 Hours to Collect your Parcel
- Parcels must be collected within 36 hours, failing which they may be returned to the hub or to Nalah Bags.
- Courier Guy will remind you daily to collect your parcel via Email and Whatsapp.
- If you are unable to collect your parcel within this time, please contact The Courier Guy directly to make alternative arrangements.

- Any additional costs incurred as a result of late collection or parcels being returned to us, sent to a kiosk, or redirected to a hub will be for your account.
💳 Additional Fees Any high-risk area fees charged by Courier Guy Locker are the customer’s responsibility. Orders will not ship until fees are settled.
📝 Locker Details Are Mandatory At checkout, provide full locker name & address. For kiosks, include exact kiosk name & location.
🔄 Incomplete Info Missing locker details → parcel automatically rerouted to the nearest Courier Guy Kiosk. Ensure all info is accurate to avoid delays/misrouting.
- 🛠️ Technical Issues Nalah Bags is not responsible for technical errors or delivery problems with Courier Guy Lockers.
- ⚠️ Use Lockers at Your Own Risk Nalah Bags cannot be held responsible once your parcel is deposited in the locker.

Step-by-Step Process
📧 Confirmation Email
You’ll receive an email from Nalah with the subject: “Your order is completed and dispatched. Tracking details below.”
This email includes your tracking number and tracking link. The same information is also available in your Nalah profile.
⏳ Awaiting Courier Collection
Once packed, your parcel awaits courier collection. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking details before checking the status, as updates may take time to reflect. Pudo may take up to 48 hours to reflect.
LOCKER NOTICE – Locker to Locker or Locker to Door -Upon shipment of your order, delivery may be delayed if lockers are fully occupied at the time we attempt to deposit the parcel. If no locker is available, the locker deposit will be retried, usually on the next business day, which may result in a delivery delay.

🚚 Courier Updates
You will not hear from the courier immediately. Courier Guy or Pudo will contact you once your parcel is out for delivery or ready for collection.
Courier collection & delivery schedule:
• Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00
• No collections or deliveries after the 14:30 daily cut-off, on weekends, or on public holidays
• Waybills created after cut-off or over weekends are collected the next business day
🔎 How to Track Your Order
1. Use the tracking link in your dispatch email or log into your Nalah profile.
2. If the link does not work, copy your tracking number and enter it directly on the Courier Guy tracking site.
Tracking applies to both door-to-door and Pudo deliveries.

• Out for delivery — the courier will send you a message
• Ready for Pudo collection — you will receive a PIN code

🏷️ ETA is on a Weekend or Public Holiday, when will I receive it?
If your order ETA falls on a weekend or public Holiday the order will only be arriving the next business day after the weekend or public Holiday. Usually we will receive it either on the Friday before the weekend and dispatch to you or the day prior to the public Holiday.
We cannot guarantee that orders will arrive before your due date. Always keep in mind that the items will only arrive on the ETA and not before it.
High-Risk Delivery Areas Policy & Additional Courier Fees
At Nalah Bags, we use The Courier Guy for all deliveries.
Certain delivery areas are classified by the courier as High-Risk Areas. These areas are identified by the courier based on their internal risk assessment, security concerns, and delivery conditions.
Additional High-Risk Surcharge
For deliveries to High-Risk Areas:
The courier applies an additional surcharge of R80 per parcel.
This surcharge is determined solely by The Courier Guy.
This fee is not included in our standard shipping rates.
The customer is fully responsible for this additional charge.
Nalah Bags will not absorb, cover, or subsidize this fee under any circumstances.
If your delivery address falls within a High-Risk Area:
You will be notified.
The R80 surcharge must be paid before dispatch.
Orders will not be released until the additional fee is settled.
Important
By placing an order with Nalah Bags, you acknowledge and accept that:
- Delivery surcharges imposed by the courier for High-Risk Areas are the responsibility of the customer.
- Nalah Bags has no control over which areas are classified as High-Risk.
Refusal to pay the surcharge may result in order cancellation.

🔍 How Pre Order Updates Work (Step by Step)
These steps are relevant only for pre-order products with a stated lead time.
Items from the In-Stock section are shipped within 72 hours.
As a small atelier, we’re unable to provide individual order updates. To keep things simple, we offer a self-service tracking portal, available anytime.
Step 1: Track Your Order
Use the tracking link and enter your order number and email address.
All updates are visible on your customer profile by scrolling down to tracking.
Step 2: Understand When Updates Appear
Updates are not daily. They appear at 3 key stages only and do not change over weekends or public holidays.
You will see:
- Estimated completion window confirmed (This is also emailed on same day of your order)
- Order completed and dispatched
- Courier tracking activated
Any delays or issues will be communicated on your profile. If you don’t see an update, your order is progressing as expected.
Step 3: Where Your Order Is in Production
You can use the timeline below as a guide to understand your order’s progress:
- Days 1–5: Leather & hardware ordered → ETA confirmed on your profile
- Days 6–10: Materials received → order enters production queue
- Days 11–18: Handcrafting in progress
- Days 19–22: Final finishing & quality checks at Nalah HQ
Step 4: Completion Window
Your profile will show your expected completion window:
- Earliest: 22nd business day
- Latest: 25th business day (excluding unforeseen delays)
📦 Tracking – Shipped Orders
Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email: “Your order is completed and dispatched.”
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.
Track using your waybill number (from the email or your profile) to view status:
