• Please note that Pudo Locker Shipping might experience a delay of 48-72 hours after the processing confirmation email, due to high occupancy of Pudo Lockers. We must wait for a locker to become available to deposit your parcel. Consider this when opting for Pudo Locker shipping. Gift Card Information:

Gift cards are virtual/electronic items, delivered via email during business hours.

They are not dispatched through courier services.

Typically, gift cards are emailed within 24 hours of purchase during business hours. Purchases made after hours, on weekends, or public holidays will be delivered on the next business day.

Gift Card Expiry Dates and Conditions:

Gift cards are valid for three (3) months from the purchase date. Once expired, they cannot be redeemed on the website. Gift cards are non-transferable for cash and are exclusively valid for purchases made on the website.

Redeeming a Gift Card on the Website:
