Think of it as an upgrade β€” reimagined for the next chapter of Nalah.

There is no official launch date just yet, as our owner is still in the design phase, carefully developing the next evolution of these beloved styles.

This means that the original versions you know and love will no longer be available in the future.

While the bags themselves are being redesigned, the inner fabrics are still available on the website until sold out.

Delivery is estimated within 23–25 business days from payment.

This includes:

  • 20–22 business days for handcrafted production
  • 2–3 business days for courier delivery
  • Occasionally, courier or unforeseen delays of 2–3 extra days may occur.

NalahΒ Bags operates on a made-to-order basis.

On rare occasions, we do have a limited number of ready-made items, which are advertised on our Facebook page. These items are very popular and often sell out quickly.

Please note that Facebook paid advertisements cannot be edited once they are live. For this reason, each product caption clearly states that once an item is sold out, it will automatically move to pre-order. Due to the limited nature of ready-made stock, sell-outs may occur without notice, after which the product will be available on a pre-order basis.

The majority of our products are not held in regular stock and are handcrafted specifically per order. This allows us to offer a wider selection of styles, colors, and finishes while maintaining our quality standards.

If a product does not appear in our In-Stock section, it indicates that the item will be made especially for you and will be subject to the standard production lead time, in line with our ordering and production terms.Β πŸ’›

Your estimated date is emailed after confirmation, this is just a general guideline, and you can check progress anytime in the Tracking section of your profile for your more accurate Estimated Delivery window (Emailed Estimated delivery windows) does not include public Holidays and does not calculate once Payment is received*

EFT payment must be made right away to secure your order.
Production and dispatch only begin once payment reflects in our account. Payments can take up to 48 Hours to reflect in our bank Account if you have made a regular payment into our account.

β€’ Orders remain β€œOn Hold” until funds reflect in our bank account, We will not change the status on a proof of payment.
