The standard repair warranty – 6 months from the date of purchase
(Products out of 6 Month Warranty can be repaired at a cost)
Standard repair Warranty includes the following

- Zippers
- Buckles
- Stitching malfunctioning (Excluding damage caused by scuffing)
- Broken or improperly clasped rivets on the bag
- Non-functional magnetic closures
- Malfunctioning strap clasps
- Handles in poor working condition

THE FOLLOWING WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE STANDARD REPAIR WARRANTY
Wear and Tear and normal characteristics of Leather
- Faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
- Scratches and scuffs arising from daily wear and usage;
- Normal leather markings that resemble the animal’s past life such as bite marks, veins, burn marks, surface scratches, creases in leather (These are not flaws but normal leather markings)
- damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;
- damage from liquid spillage on your handbag (eg Water stains/ marks)
- damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion;
- damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;
- damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product; and
- Leather stretching, softening;
- Leather items loosing shape;
- Leather frames bending out of shape within time of usage;
- Sun damage to products;
- Colour differences in Leather;
- Texture differences in Leather;
- where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you
