Standard Warranty includes the following:

    • Buckles
    • Stitching malfunctioning
    • Broken or improperly clasped rivets on the bag
    • Non-functional magnetic closures
    • Malfunctioning strap clasps
    • Handles in poor working condition

THE FOLLOWING WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE STANDARD WARRANTY 

Wear and Tear and normal characteristics of Leather

• Faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
• Scratches and scuffs arising from daily wear and usage;
• Normal leather markings that resemble the animal’s past life such as bite marks, veins, burn marks, surface scratches, creases in leather (These are not flaws but normal leather markings)
• damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;
• damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion;
• damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;
• damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product; and
• Leather stretching, softening;
• Leather items loosing shape;
• Leather frames bending out of shape within time of usage;
• Sun damage to products;
• Colour differences in Leather;
• Texture differences in Leather;
• where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you
