By placing an order with Nalah Bags, you confirm that you have read,
understood, and accepted the Terms & Conditions below.
Nalah Bags operates primarily on a made-to-order basis:
All Nalah Bags products are made to order and require a production and
delivery lead time of 23–25 business days (ETA dates on weekends and public Holidays will only be delivered the next business day). These timelines
are clearly disclosed before purchase and form part of the agreement
accepted at checkout in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
Nalah Bags operates primarily on a made-to-order basis. On limited occasions, a small quantity of ready-made items may be made available and advertised on our social media platforms. These items are subject to availability and may sell out without notice.
Where ready-made stock becomes unavailable, the product will automatically be offered on a pre-order basis, which will require the applicable manufacturing lead time. Due to the nature of paid advertising platforms, advertised content may remain visible after stock has been depleted.
Products not listed in the In-Stock category are manufactured specifically per customer order and are subject to the standard production lead times as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

Nalah Bags Terms and Conditions of Sale
Returns, Repairs & Refunds – Summary
All Nalah Bags products are handcrafted and made to order, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
Returns & Repairs
- All return or repair requests must be strictly submitted via the official Returns & Repairs Form on our website. This is the only method acceptable for any Returns or Repairs.
- Requests via WhatsApp, phone, or social media are not accepted and strictly via our online Form
- Once you have completed the only form all communication will be via email only.
- Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery on the online form
The warranty period is 6 months from date of receipt. - Items under 6 months: qualifying manufacturing defects are repaired
- Items over 6 months: repairs may be quoted if repairable
- Courier costs are for the customer’s account, except within 7 days of receipt of your product.
- Normal wear and tear, natural leather characteristics, misuse, neglect, liquid damage, lost parts, third-party alterations, or personal preference are not defects under the CPA.
- Sale, promotional, sample, and Black Friday items are final sale and not returnable but can be repaired if there are any factory defects/ Repaired within the scope of our Standard Repairs.

Refunds & Cancellations
- Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started.
- Refunds apply only to defective or incorrectly supplied items, reported within 7 days
- Refunds are only issued if Nalah Bags is unable to fulfil an order, late deliveries or misunderstandings regarding ETA dates will not be eligible for any refunds.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days
- Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.
Production & Delivery Timelines
- All products are made to order and require 22–25 business days to manufacture
- Lead times begin once payment has fully cleared
- Weekends, public holidays, and courier delivery time are excluded
- ETA dates that fall over a weekend or a public holiday will only be delivered the next Business day.
- Courier delivery requires an additional 2–3 business days
Delays within the disclosed 22–25 business day timeframe do not qualify for refunds or compensation.
If production exceeds 25 business days, customers may accept a revised delivery date or cancel for a full refund, in line with the CPA.
The automated estimated delivery email is indicative only.
Your customer profile always reflects the most accurate ETA.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions at checkout.
Detailed Returns / Refunds Policy: RETURN & REFUND POLICIES – Nalah Bags
Pre Order Products:
(Lead times stipulated on the Product)
Delivery is estimated within 23–25 business days from payment.
This includes:
- 20–22 business days for handcrafted production
- 2–3 business days for courier delivery
- Occasionally, courier or unforeseen delays of 2–3 extra days may occur.
📦 In-Stock Products:

- In-stock items are dispatched within 48–72 business hours

📦 Pudo / Courier Locker Terms and Conditions:
- Parcels must be collected within 36 hours, failing which they may be returned to the hub.
- If you are unable to collect your parcel within this time, please contact The Courier Guy directly to make alternative arrangements.
- Nalah Bags will not be held responsible for parcels that are lost due to late collection, returned to us, sent to a kiosk, or redirected to a Courier Hub.
- Any additional costs incurred as a result of late collection or parcels being returned to us, sent to a kiosk, or redirected to a hub will be for your account.
⏳ Pre-Order Items
- Pre-order items are not kept in stock and are made to order.
- All pre-order products are clearly marked as such, with the lead time shown on the product page.
- Each Nalah handbag is handcrafted especially for you once payment has fully cleared.
- Pre order products take a total of 22-25 Business days to manufacture.
- All tracking and Updates are available on your profile.

Nalah Bags have a 6-Month Repair Warranty Guide as well as any Repairs out of the 6 month Warranty.
All submissions are handled strictly by completing the online form only and not accepted via Whatsapp or email.
Courier Fees are for the Customer’s own account for any items older than 7 days. All repairs can be sent to our closest Pudo Locker (Details provided once your submission has been reviewed)

Important Care Information
- Begin your leather care routine as soon as you receive your bag
- Only Nalah-approved leather conditioners may be used
- General or third-party products may damage untreated leather
- We recommend selecting the 25ml Nalah Leather Care at checkout
Damage caused by improper care or non-approved products may not be covered under warranty, in line with our Terms & Conditions and the CPA
Each bag includes a Quick Care Tag, but we strongly recommend reviewing the full care instructions on our website for best results.

Pricing Integrity & Adjustments
At Nalah Bags, each piece is thoughtfully crafted using carefully selected materials and trusted manufacturing partners. As part of our commitment to quality and sustainability, pricing may be reviewed and adjusted from time to time.
Nalah Bags reserves the right to amend pricing at its discretion, whether by increase or reduction, to reflect changes including but not limited to:
- Variations in leather availability, grading, or global market costs
- Adjustments in hardware, accessory, or component sourcing
- Changes in manufacturing partners, production facilities, or craftsmanship processes
- Currency fluctuations or international supply chain conditions
- Refinements in design, materials, or product specifications
Where production efficiencies, sourcing improvements, or strategic adjustments allow, prices may also be reduced or increased accordingly without prior notice.
TAKE NOTE:
- The price confirmed at the time of purchase shall remain binding for that specific order.
- Subsequent pricing adjustments, whether increases or reductions, will not apply to orders that have already been confirmed and paid in full.
- In the event that product pricing is reduced after an order has been placed and completed, Nalah Bags shall not be obliged to refund, credit, or adjust the purchase price.
- The price applicable at the time of order confirmation remains the final and binding price for that transaction.

🔐 Important — Secure Your Bag Immediately:
EFT payment must be made right away to secure your order. Production and dispatch only begin once payment reflects in our account.
In Stock items
In Stock products are held for 24 hours only. After 24 hours, the item will be released to the next customer on our waitlist.
If payment or proof of payment is received after the 24-hour hold period and the item has sold out, your order will automatically be moved to Pre-Order without notice. Stock cannot be reserved without payment, and availability cannot be guaranteed if payment is delayed.

🕒 Payment Timing:
• Immediate EFTs may reflect instantly
• Standard/Regular EFTs can take up to 48 hours
• Payments are processed during business hours (Monday–Friday, 08h00–17h00)
• Payments made after hours, on weekends, or public holidays will only be allocated the next business day
• Orders remain “On Hold” until funds reflect in our bank account
🧾 Payment Reference:
Always use your Order Number/Invoice Number as your EFT reference — not your name — to prevent allocation delays.
📦 Order Updates:
Once payment clears, your order status will move to Processing and you will receive confirmation via email. You can track your order anytime via your profile or our Tracking page. Your estimated delivery timeframe will reflect accurately once payment is confirmed.

- Carrier: Any third party contracted by us to deliver goods.
- Content: All text, images, data, or material published on our website.
- Goods: Any products offered for sale by Nalah.
- Website: Any website operated or controlled by Nalah Bags and Accessories (Pty) Ltd.
Post / Posting: Any act of publishing, displaying, or transmitting content on our website.
2. Interpretation
- References to a person include individuals and legal entities.
- These Terms apply to all sales and override any conflicting terms proposed by the customer.
- Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
- Any reference to legislation includes amendments or replacement legislation.
- The English version of these Terms prevails in the event of any conflict.
3. Our Contract With You
- This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Nalah.
- No representations or warranties apply unless expressly stated herein.
- If you place an order on behalf of another person, you warrant that you have authority to do so.
- We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version applicable is the one published at the time of your order.
- Product availability is not guaranteed.
- Prices are subject to change but will not affect confirmed orders.
- We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, subject to CPA requirements.
4. Orders and Acceptance
- Your order constitutes an offer to purchase.
- Acceptance occurs only once goods are dispatched.
- We may decline an order prior to dispatch without providing reasons.
- If goods are unavailable, we may offer alternatives or allow cancellation.
5. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are as displayed at checkout.
- Prices include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
- Payment must be received and cleared before production or dispatch commences.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors prior to dispatch.

As part of our commitment to quality, pricing may be adjusted at our discretion, whether increased or reduced, to reflect changes including but not limited to leather costs, hardware and component sourcing, manufacturing partners, production processes, currency fluctuations, supply chain conditions, or product refinements.
Prices may be amended without prior notice.
Please Note:
The price confirmed at the time of purchase remains final and binding for that specific order. Subsequent pricing adjustments will not apply to orders already confirmed and paid in full. Nalah Bags is not obliged to refund, credit, or adjust orders should pricing be reduced after purchase.
6. Consumer Rights (CPA Compliance)
Where applicable, consumers are entitled to:
- Fair value and quality goods
- Disclosure of information prior to purchase
- Timely delivery within our Pre order timelines communicated on our website and your profile.
- Return or repair of defective goods in accordance with the CPA
- Certain exclusions may apply to custom-made or made-to-order items, as permitted under the CPA.
7. Delivery
- Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only. Delivery for Pre Order items are between 22-25 Business days.
- We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
- Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.
8. Returns, Refunds & Defective Goods
- Returns are accepted only in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
- Custom or made-to-order items may not be returnable unless defective.
- Defective goods will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in compliance with the CPA
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence, fraud, or as prohibited by the CPA.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website remains the intellectual property of Nalah Bags and Accessories (Pty) Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written consent. Nalah Bags are a registered Trademark and our products & name is covered under this trademark. Any copies of any of our products or our Name will be an infringement of trademark
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes will be subject to South African courts.
