Please note that the original versions will not be returning and are no longer in production.
Our redesign process is still underway, and no official launch dates are currently available or shared privately.
We look forward to introducing the next generation of these styles once development is complete.

All updates β production, dispatch and courier tracking β will appear there. Your order updates will only start after we have received your payment. Your First Update is the email we send you with your Estimated delivery window that is mailed upon placement of your order.
Updates appear according toΒ manufacturing lead timesΒ and your Estimated delivery window, so you donβt need to check your account daily.
You can plan ahead knowing your order is on track, and weβll notify you as key steps are completed on your profile.

Delivery is estimated within 23β25 business days from payment.
This includes:
- 20β22 business days for handcrafted production
- 2β3 business days for courier delivery
- Occasionally, courier or unforeseen delays of 2β3 extra days may occur.

Nalah Bags operates on a made-to-order basis so typically no we do not keep stock on hand.
On rare occasions, we do have a limited number of ready-made items.Β
The majority of our products are not held in regular stock and are handcrafted specifically per order and have a lead time of 22-25 business days. This allows us to offer a wider selection of styles, colors, and finishes while maintaining our quality standards.
If a product does not appear in our In-Stock section, it indicates that the item will be made especially for you and will be subject to the standard production lead time, in line with our ordering and production terms.Β π

If a product no longer appears on the website or within the categories, it means the item is no longer available for order.
Unfortunately, discontinued products cannot be ordered privately.

NalahΒ Bags operates on a made-to-order basis. On rare occasions, we do have a limited number of ready-made items, which are advertised on our Facebook page. These items are very popular and often sell out quickly.
Each Nalah bag is handcrafted to order, and production cannot be expedited β quality takes time, and every stitch matters.

Your estimated date is emailed after confirmation, this is just a general guideline, and you can check progress anytime in the Tracking section of your profile for your more accurate Estimated Delivery window (Emailed Estimated delivery windows) does not include public Holidays and does not calculate once Payment is received*

Delivery dates noted on your profile are the more accurate Estimated Delivery dates.
EFT payment must be made right away to secure your order.
Production and dispatch only begin once payment reflects in our account. Payments can take up to 48 Hours to reflect in our bank Account if you have made a regular payment into our account.

β’ Standard/Regular EFTs can take up to 48 hours to clear in our Bank Account
β’ Payments are processed during business hours (MondayβFriday, 08h00β17h00)
β’ Payments made after hours, on weekends, or public holidays will only be allocated the next business day or when the payment is cleared.
β’ Orders remain βOn Holdβ until funds reflect in our bank account, We will not change the status on a proof of payment.

Once payment clears, your order status will move to Processing and you will receive confirmation via email. You can track your order anytime via your profile or our Tracking page. Your estimated delivery timeframe will reflect accurately once payment is confirmed.

We do have a small number of stockists who may carry a limited selection of our products. Please be aware that stockists do not carry our full range, pricing may differ, and promotions or sales offered on our website do not apply to stockists.

Custom designs require a minimum order quantity of 20 units.

Kindly note that we do not attend additional markets or festivals, and requests or event invitations for other markets/festivals will unfortunately not be considered.
Nalah Bags is currently partnered with selected social media influencers under existing signed agreements.
At this time, we are unfortunately not considering any additional influencer collaborations or partnership requests.
