- Pre-order items are not kept in stock and are made to order.
- All pre-order products are clearly marked as such, with the lead time shown on the product page.
- Each Nalah handbag is handcrafted especially for you once payment has fully cleared.

Step-by-Step Production & Delivery Guide
Step 1: Place Your Order
- Your item is a pre-order (made-to-order) and is not kept in stock and indicated on the product
Step 2: Payment Clears
- Production officially begins once payment reflects.
- Your order status updates to “Processing.”
- This is when your lead time starts counting.
- You will at this time receive an email that states your order is Processing and you will receive a second email that indicates your Estimated delivery Window Email.
Step 3: Production Begins (Manufacturing 22 Business Days excluding Delivery +- 3 Days)
Production timelines cannot be rushed.
Production Breakdown:
- Days 1–5: Leather & hardware ordered → ETA confirmed on your profile
- Days 6–10: Materials received → order enters production queue
- Days 11–18: Handcrafting in progress
- Days 19–22: Final finishing & quality checks at Nalah HQ
Completion Window will be updated on your profile:
- Earliest completion: 22nd business day
- Latest completion: 25th business day (excluding unforeseen delays)
- Updates in 3 critical intervals will be available on your profile, you can use the above production breakdown as an indication on where your product is within manufacturing.
Step 4: Courier Delivery (2–3 Business Days)
- Once completed, your bag is handed to the courier.
- 🚚 Add 2–3 business days for delivery.
- Total estimated timeframe: 23–25 business days
Step 5: Dispatch & Tracking
- You’ll receive an email: “Your order is completed and dispatched”
- Courier tracking activates once the parcel is collected
No collections or deliveries occur:
- After hours
- On weekends
- On public holidays
Step 6: Delivery
- If your ETA falls on a weekend or public holiday, delivery occurs the next business day
- Courier Guy or PUDO will notify you when your parcel is:
- Out for delivery, or
- Ready for collection
📌 Important Lead Time & Update Information
- Lead times start only once payment has fully cleared
- The automated ETA email is indicative only
- It excludes public holidays
- Your customer profile always shows the most accurate ETA if this falls on a weekend or public Holiday you will only receive the parcel the next business day – it will not be delivered before this.
- Updates on your order will only appear at 3 critical intervals during the manufacturing Process.
Some products may require slightly longer timelines depending on leather type or production process. Any updates will appear on your profile or under Shipping Policy – Current Delays.

- Delays related to suppliers, materials, couriers, or public holidays do not constitute defects
- By placing a pre-order, customers acknowledge and accept these terms at checkout.
- If your ETA falls on a weekend or public Holiday it will only be delivered the next business day and not prior to the ETA date.

How often should I check my order?
Once a week is enough.
Updates aren’t made daily and only appear at key stages.

When will I see updates?
You’ll receive an Estimated Delivery Window when you place your order, which will always show on your profile.
- Updates are made at three critical milestones only.
- If there are any delays or changes to your ETA, you will be notified.
- If you haven’t received an update, your order is still within its stated timeframe.
- Updates appear at these stages (no weekends or public holidays):
- Estimated delivery window (order placed)
- Bag completed and dispatched
- Parcel on the way with courier tracking
Weekly checking is more than enough.
Why aren’t there daily updates?
- Handcrafting and shipping take time.
- Updates are added only when a milestone is reached unless there are any changes or delays in progress, if you do not see updates and still within your timeframes there is no need to worry.
How do I stay informed?
Log into your customer profile once a week.
We don’t send stage-by-stage updates via email or WhatsApp — all important updates appear in your profile.
