🔍 How Pre Order Updates Work (Step by Step)
These steps are relevant only for pre-order products with a stated lead time.
Items from the In-Stock section are shipped within 72 hours.
As a small atelier, we’re unable to provide individual order updates. To keep things simple, we offer a self-service tracking portal, available anytime.
Step 1: Track Your Order
Use the tracking link and enter your order number and email address.
All updates are visible on your customer profile by scrolling down to tracking.
Step 2: Understand When Updates Appear
Updates are not daily. They appear at 3 key stages only and do not change over weekends or public holidays.
You will see:
- Estimated completion window confirmed (This is also emailed on same day of your order)
- Order completed and dispatched
- Courier tracking activated
Any delays or issues will be communicated on your profile. If you don’t see an update, your order is progressing as expected.
Step 3: Where Your Order Is in Production
You can use the timeline below as a guide to understand your order’s progress:
- Days 1–5: Leather & hardware ordered → ETA confirmed on your profile
- Days 6–10: Materials received → order enters production queue
- Days 11–18: Handcrafting in progress
- Days 19–22: Final finishing & quality checks at Nalah HQ
Step 4: Completion Window
Your profile will show your expected completion window:
- Earliest: 22nd business day
- Latest: 25th business day (excluding unforeseen delays)
Order Tracking once Shipped:
Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email: “Your order is completed and dispatched.”
Always allow time for tracking to activate:
Door-to-Door Courier:
Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update.
Locker-to-Locker / Locker-to-Door:
Tracking may take up to 48 hours to reflect, as the parcel first needs to be placed into an available locker. If no locker is available at the time of attempt, the locker deposit will be retried the following business day.

Pre Order Products:

Delivery is estimated within 23–25 business days from payment.
This includes:
- 20–22 business days for handcrafted production
- 2–3 business days for courier delivery
- Occasionally, courier or unforeseen delays of 2–3 extra days may occur.
- ETA dates on weekends or public Holidays will only be delivered the next business day.

Q: How often should I log in to check my order status?
A: We recommend checking your order about once a week. Daily logins or tracking aren’t necessary, as updates are not made daily and only at 3 significant steps.💛 Trust the process — your beautiful piece is on its way in its own perfect time and will be within your promised ETA
Q: When will I see updates on my order?
A: Once your order is placed, we will immediately provide your Estimated delivery Window via email this email is just a general guideline and not fixed and excludes public holidays, factory closures and may sometimes include weekends and can affect payment times, your more accurate estimated delivery window will be posted on your profile once your payment is confirmed. This email is only to confirm your order and to provide you with an estimated delivery window indication.
Updates appear according to manufacturing lead times and your Estimated delivery window, so you don’t need to check your account daily.
You can plan ahead knowing your order is on track, and we’ll notify you as key steps are completed on your profile.
Updates happen at 3 key stages only — check about once a week.

- Estimated delivery Window (on your profile)
- Bag completed & dispatched to our office
- Parcel on the way with tracking details.
Q: Why don’t updates appear daily?
A: Many stages of handcrafting, production, and shipping take time. Updates are only made when your order have reached one of the significant steps, explained above, such as production finishing or your order being shipped.
Q: How can I stay informed about my order?
A: Logging into your profile about once a week is enough to see all relevant updates. While Nalah Bags does not send updates via email or WhatsApp for every stage, we do notify you on your profile when key milestones and steps are reached, so you’ll always know when something important happens — even if you don’t log in daily.

❓ When should I start tracking my order?
The timing depends on whether your item is in stock or made to order, as well as the shipping method selected.

Please allow up to 72 hours after placing your order to receive your tracking email.
Once you receive your tracking details:
Courier Door-to-Door:
Start tracking 24 hours after receiving your tracking details, as the courier still needs to collect the parcel.
Locker-to-Locker / Locker-to-Door:
Start tracking 48 hours after receiving your tracking details. Your parcel must still be deposited into a locker.
If no locker is available at the time of deposit, the locker deposit will be retried on the next business day.
🧵 If your product is PRE-ORDER or MADE TO ORDER
On the day your order is placed, you will receive an Estimated Delivery Window by email.
This is an indication only.
- Your confirmed Estimated Delivery Window will be visible on your profile within the first 5 business days of placing your order.
This allows time to assess leather availability, production timelines, or any unforeseen delays. - Your next update will be sent towards the end of production, around business days 17–18, when your bag enters its final production stages.
- By business days 20–21, your order will be completed and sent to the Nalah Office.
- At this point, you will receive your final update, which includes your tracking details.
Once you receive your tracking details:
Courier Door-to-Door:
Start tracking 24 hours after receiving the tracking details, as the courier needs to collect the parcel.
Locker-to-Locker / Locker-to-Door:
Start tracking 48 hours after receiving the tracking details, as the parcel must first be deposited into an available locker.
If no locker is available, the locker deposit will be retried on the next business day.
Unfortunately not. Each of our handbags is carefully handcrafted and made within our stated 22–25 business day production timeframe.
We begin crafting your bag as soon as your order enters our production line, and this timeframe allows us to ensure the quality and attention to detail that Nalah Bags is known for.
If your ETA is on a weekend or public Holiday you can expect it to be delivered the next business day

The Courier Guy will send you your PIN and reminders to collect your parcel within the required timeframe.
If you are unable to collect your parcel, please contact PUDO Customer Service directly to make alternative arrangements. Please note that Nalah Bags will not be responsible for uncollected parcels.
If your parcel is not collected within 36 hours, the courier may move it to the nearest depot or kiosk. Any further arrangements will be the customer’s responsibility, and any additional fees charged must be paid by the customer.
