What does it mean if a product is a Pre-Order item?
A Pre-Order item means the product is not kept in stock and will be specially manufactured for you.
Full Pre Order Policy : PRE ORDER POLICY – Nalah Bags
- Each bag is handcrafted with care, which means production takes a minimum of 20–22 business days.
- Once completed, delivery takes an additional 2–3 business days, which means you can expect your order to arrive between 23-25 Business days.
- Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival), which will also be available on your tracking link along with all progress updates.
👉 Only products listed in our “In Stock” section are available for immediate dispatch.

Full Grain Leather is a natural, beautiful material that shows marks from the animal’s life — like scratches and healed scars — which remain visible even after aniline dyeing. ✨ These bags are not scratch-free, and that’s part of their unique charm!
🧴 It’s important to condition your leather as soon as you receive it, following the instructions in our Care Guide.
✨ Surface scratches can often be treated, but deeper marks are natural characteristics, not flaws — they add character and authenticity to your bag.
Full Grain Leather is the highest quality leather with no coating, and these natural markings are a signature of its purity and excellence.

Processing & Delivery
- Once payment is received, your Gift Card will be emailed to you with a unique code.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for processing during business hours.
- Orders placed after hours, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Gift Cards are only sent once successfully loaded onto our system.
Usage & Restrictions
- Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Gift Cards can only be redeemed exclusively on our website. Please note they are not redeemable at our stockists, via email, or through our WhatsApp number.
- Gift Cards are valid for 3 months from the date of issue. The expiry date will be clearly displayed on your card.
- Once expired, the Gift Card will no longer be active or accepted — no exceptions.
- No exceptions will be made for any of our Usage and Restriction Policies

Are Your Handbags in Stock and available immediately?
Typically, no — unless an item is marked as In Stock on our website.
👜 Our leather handbags are custom-made just for you and aren’t kept in inventory.
✨ Occasionally, we may have a few leather goods ready for immediate purchase, but most bags are crafted on demand.
⏳ We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible, but our factory follows the thoughtful pace of slow fashion. Each bag requires the full manufacturing time to be handcrafted with care and precision.
📅 Expect your handbag within 20 to 22 business days, unless otherwise noted on our website.

We allocate payments during business hours only:
Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.
If you’ve made a regular EFT (not an immediate payment), it might take up to 48 hours to reflect, depending on your bank and the time of payment.
Payments that reflect after 17:00 will be allocated the next business day, during the course of the day — our accounts team takes a well-deserved break after hours 😊
Once your payment is received and allocated, you’ll get an email letting you know your order is now “Processing.”

We wish we could speed up— but each Nalah Bag is handcrafted with love, so the process can’t be rushed. The full 20-22 Business days are required to manufacture your product this excludes an additional 2-3 Business days for Courier Delivery.

Need extra length? You can select an extended strap (up to 1.6m) when placing your order. Products have the option.
Extra-length straps are R320 each.

Forgot to add it? No worries — you can still order it within 24 hours after placing your order.
If you decide after receiving your handbag, you can still purchase the extra strap at R320 (excluding delivery).
