📌 Important to Know

Minimum Orders

  • Minimum order: 50 units (single units are not available).

Samples

  • Manufactured at your quoted unit price + R3500 once-off fee (pattern-making, testing & sample).
  • Available only in Tan, Brown, or Black.
  • Produced only after full quotation acceptance + 50% deposit.
  • Lead time: 4–6 weeks.
  • Once approved, full payment is required for the complete order.

Full Orders

  • Lead time: 6–8 weeks from full payment.
  • T&Cs apply, including design ownership discussions.
  • We do not copy or recreate designs from other brands.

⚠️ Hardware Notice

  • We don’t usually work with gold hardware, as it’s plated and prone to tarnishing/rubbing off within a short period of time,
  • If you prefer using Gold we will be able to however, gold hardware is excluded from warranty & defect cover because of the plating.
  • We recommend sourcing gold hardware independently, as our current suppliers do not supply it.

Once you’re ready to collaborate, please share the following:

  • Materials: (e.g., Leather, Canvas)
  • Hardware – Gold / Antique Brass/Bronze
  • Quantities: How many units you’d like to start with (keep in mind our MOQ of 50 Units)
  • Designs: Sketches or references, if you have them
