- Items are not in stock — each bag is handcrafted just for you.
- Production times cannot be rushed.
- Allow 23–25 business days for production + delivery.
- The ETA on your profile is accurate, some products require slightly different timelines due to leather type or production process.

❌ Early delivery is not possible — manufacturing times cannot be shortened

✔️ Days 6–10: Materials arrive → joins production queue
✔️ Days 11–18: Handcrafting in progress
✔️ Days 19–22: Final touches & inspection at Nalah HQ
🚚 Add 2–3 business days for courier delivery
📧 Once Your Bag is Ready
✔️ You’ll get an email: “Your order is completed and dispatched. Tracking details below.”
✔️ Tracking activates once the courier collects your parcel
✔️ No collections/deliveries after hours, weekends, or public holidays
🚚 Delivery Notes
✔️ If ETA falls on a weekend/holiday → delivery is next business day
✔️ Courier Guy or Pudo will message when your parcel is out for delivery or ready for collection
✔️ Updates are always in your profile (we don’t send WhatsApp/email progress)
