💳 Once payment is received, your Gift Card will be emailed to you with a unique code.
⏳ Please allow up to 24 hours for processing during business hours.
📅 Orders placed after hours, on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

📬 Gift Cards are only sent after being successfully loaded onto our system.

❌ Gift Cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

🗓️ Gift Cards are valid for 3 months from the date of issue. The expiry date will be clearly stated on your Gift Card.
❌ Once expired, the Gift Card will no longer be active or accepted — no exceptions will be made.

❌ Gift Cards can only be redeemed exclusively on our website. Please note they are not redeemable at our stockists, via email, or through our WhatsApp number.

All Gift Cards exclude courier and delivery costs. Shipping fees will be charged separately at checkout when redeeming your card.

Redeeming Your Gift Card on our Website:

1. Visit our website and add your items to the cart.
2. Go to Checkout.
3. Under “Have a coupon?”, click “Click here to enter your code.”
4. Enter your Gift Card code in the field provided and click Apply.
5. Select your delivery option (shipping fees are charged separately at checkout).
6. If there’s any balance due, choose a payment method and pay the difference.
7. Click Place Order.
8. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your order is successful
