⏳ Processing Period | Orders for in-stock items are not shipped the same day. They go through up to 72 hours of processing (business days only), excluding payment clearance time. |
💳 Payment Timing | If you paid via regular EFT, allow up to an additional 48 hours for your payment to reflect, depending on your bank & time of payment. |
📧 Processing Confirmation | Processing begins only after you receive an email confirming your order is now “Processing.” This means your payment has been successfully received & allocated. |
🛠️ What Processing Includes | • Hand-conditioning your leather item & letting it dry fully • Carefully preparing & packing your order • Getting everything ready for shipment with love ❤️ |
🗓️ Processing Days | 72 Hours — Monday to Friday only We are closed on weekends & public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day. |

1️⃣ Choose Locker-to-Locker at Checkout | Select Locker-to-Locker at checkout (R79). Enter complete locker details to ensure delivery: • Locker Name • Full Street Address • Town/City • Province • Postal Code • If using a Kiosk: exact name, location & address. Pick a locker near home, work, or commute. |
2️⃣ Shipment & Tracking | Once your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive tracking updates via email/SMS from Courier Guy. Nalah Bags deposits the parcel → it goes into transit to your selected locker. ⏳ Allow 24 hours from notification before tracking reflects. |
3️⃣ Locker Arrival Notification | You’ll get a notification when your parcel is in the locker. It includes: • Locker address • Access PIN/barcode Notification sent by Courier Guy. |
4️⃣ Collect Your Parcel | • Go to the locker. • Tap the screen → select Pick Up. • Enter your PIN or scan barcode. • Locker door opens → retrieve parcel → close the door ✅ Done! |
5️⃣ Time Window & Returns | Parcels are available for 24–48 hours. If not collected in time, it will be returned to the hub. |

🚪 Collection Details | • Delivered to your chosen locker only • Door delivery is extra (see checkout) • Use PIN sent by Courier Guy via SMS to collect |
💼 Nalah Bags’ Responsibility | Ends once parcel is deposited: • Locker availability not controlled by Nalah Bags • Peak times: 3–5 working days for deposit • Deliveries: Monday–Friday only • Alternative arrangements must be handled directly with Courier Guy |

💳 Additional Fees | Any high-risk area fees charged by Courier Guy Locker are the customer’s responsibility. Orders will not ship until fees are settled. |
