👜 In-Stock Items — Shipping Info ✨

| ⏳ Processing Period | Orders for in-stock items are not shipped the same day. They go through up to 72 hours of processing (business days only), excluding payment clearance time. |
| 💳 Payment Timing | If you paid via regular EFT, allow up to an additional 48 hours for your payment to reflect, depending on your bank & time of payment. |
| 📧 Processing Confirmation | Processing begins only after you receive an email confirming your order is now “Processing.” This means your payment has been successfully received & allocated. |
| 🛠️ What Processing Includes | • Hand-conditioning your leather item & letting it dry fully • Carefully preparing & packing your order • Getting everything ready for shipment with love ❤️ |
| 🗓️ Processing Days | 72 Hours — Monday to Friday only We are closed on weekends & public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day. |

| 🚪 Door-to-Door Delivery | Cost: R180 Your parcel is delivered straight to your doorstep via Courier Guy or Courier Guy Locker, depending on size. 📦 Delivery: 2–4 business days after shipping. ⚠️ Larger items (Teacher’s Bags, Totes, Desiree Bags) may require R280 upgraded shipping via Courier Guy Lockers. |
| 🏪➡️🚪 Locker → Door Delivery | Cost: R110 We drop your parcel at a Courier Guy Locker first, then it’s delivered to your door. 📦 Delivery: 3–5 business days after shipping. |

| 📦 When Fees Are Applied | We only see additional charges once your parcel is booked. Orders will not be dispatched until any outstanding fees are settled. |
| 📲 Notification | If extra fees apply, Nalah Bags will notify you via email or WhatsApp, including a screenshot from the courier showing the surcharge. |

Pick a locker near home, work, or commute. |
| 2️⃣ Shipment & Tracking | Once your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive tracking updates via email/SMS from Courier Guy. Nalah Bags deposits the parcel → it goes into transit to your selected locker. ⏳ Allow 24 hours from notification before tracking reflects. |
| 3️⃣ Locker Arrival Notification | You’ll get a notification when your parcel is in the locker. It includes: • Locker address • Access PIN/barcode Notification sent by Courier Guy. |
| 4️⃣ Collect Your Parcel | • Go to the locker. • Tap the screen → select Pick Up. • Enter your PIN or scan barcode. • Locker door opens → retrieve parcel → close the door ✅ Done! |
| 5️⃣ Time Window & Returns | Parcels are available for 24–48 hours. If not collected in time, it will be returned to the hub. |
