Christmas orders:

  • To ensure stock for the Christmas season, all orders must be placed no later than mid-October.
  • No late or rushed orders will be accepted.
  • All Christmas orders are final as of mid-October 2025.

All products for stockist and wholesale orders are made to order.

  • Manufacturing lead time:  Minimum of 6–8 weeks.

  • The standard retail production time of 20–22 business days does not apply to bulk or stockist orders.

  • All timelines stated exclude courier/shipping time.

  • Shipping timeframe: Approximately 5–7 business days to your location (subject to courier service availability).

  • Direct-to-customer shipping: Nalah Bags will not ship products directly to your customers.

  • Stock recommendation: We recommend maintaining sufficient inventory to ensure uninterrupted supply and to avoid long waiting periods.

Invoicing / Payment Policy

💰 Payment & Invoicing

  • 💵 Full payment is required to start production.
  • 🛠 Orders will not enter the production queue until the full payment has been received.
  • 🏦 Payments are to be made via [Bank Transfer / EFT / other accepted methods].
  • 📦 Stockists are responsible for all shipping fees.
  • ⏱ Manufacturing lead time starts only after payment has cleared in the Nalah Bags bank account.

  • Step 1: Place your order via email at info@nalahbags.co.za.

  • Step 2: Provide a clear description of the product, including Product Name, Colour, and any variations required.

  • Step 3: You will receive an invoice for payment.

  • Step 4: Once payment is made and funds reflect in our bank account, manufacturing will commence.

  • Step 5: Manufacturing for all bulk orders takes a minimum of 6–8 weeks (excluding shipping time).

Our wholesale price list is strictly confidential and intended solely for approved recipients. Any unauthorised sharing or distribution to third parties — including individuals or other businesses — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of wholesale privileges and/or legal action.

Important: If an order is placed and the minimum order quantities are not met, the order will not be processed.

🚫 No Refunds – Made to Order Products 

All of our leather items are made to order, meaning they are created specifically based on your selection. As such:

  • Refunds are not available for any reason, including change of mind, production time, or preference and Sizings.

  • By placing your order, you agree to these terms.

✅ We Accept Repairs or Exchanges Only If:

  • 🧵 There is a clear manufacturing defect upon arrival

📩 All issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.


 We Do Not Accept Returns or Exchanges For:

  • 🔁 Change of mind

  • 🎨 Colour variation

  • 📏 Size or strap length preference

  • ❌ General dissatisfaction not linked to a defect
    (e.g. “not suitable” — our handbags are intended for handbag use only)

📹 We provide videos and detailed sizing guides on our website to support informed purchases.
🧵 Please note: There is no general right of return for made-to-order goods.

We also do not accept returns due to:

  • 🕰️ General wear and tear

  • 🚫 Misuse, neglect, or improper care

  • 💧 Discoloration, staining, or colour transfer from other items

When you send a return or defective item back to us, please allow 5–7 business days for us to carefully inspect and assess your parcel.

Leather is a natural material and may respond to its environment. These are not defects:

  • ☀️ Lightens with sun exposure

  • 🧴 Dries out without proper conditioning

  • 🟤 Absorbs colour from spills, dust, or contact with fabrics

🔍 Dark Spots or Changes – Not a Defect

Dark, spot-specific marks may occur from:

  • 💦 Moisture or water exposure

  • 🖐️ Oils from your hands or skin

  • 🔄 Friction and daily wear

  • 🌿 Environmental conditions

✨ Our Diesel leather is natural, untreated full-grain leather — these rich, evolving tones are part of its unique patina, not flaws.


🔄 Incorrect Inners for Non-Compatible Bags

  • 🧵 Each inner is crafted for a specific handbag design and labeled clearly on our site

  • 🚫 Inners are not interchangeable

  • ❌ Incorrect inners are not eligible for return or exchange


⏳ Order Cancellations & Product Changes – STRICT 48-Hour Window

  • ⏱️ Within 48 hours: Changes may be considered on a case-by-case basis

  • 🧵 After 48 hours: No cancellations, changes, or refunds, as production has begun

Nalah Bags reserves the right to decline late requests.


📦 Return Conditions (If Approved):

To be eligible for exchange or repair:

  • ❗ Item must be unused and in like-new condition

  • 📦 Include original packaging (box, tissue, tags)

  • 🔍 Items with wear, scratches, or damage will not be accepted

  • 🕒 Report issues within 7 days of delivery

Nalah Bags reserves the right to reject items that don’t meet these conditions.


🧷 What Qualifies as a Manufacturing Defect?

  • 🔁 Malfunctioning zippers

  • 🔩 Broken clasps, buckles, or rivets

  • ✂️ Faulty stitching

  • 👜 Strap or handle detachment

⚠️ Wear and tear or accidental damage do not qualify.


🛡️ Warranty – Within 6 Months of Use

If a manufacturing defect arises within 6 months, refer to the “Defective Product” section in our Terms & Conditions.
