  • All bags and products are made-to-order, so refunds aren’t possible.
  • Defects or wrong items: report within 7 days.
  • Sale & promo items: final sale only.
  • Signature Collection: includes a 6-month repair warranty (Curated excluded).
  • No returns for change of mind, colour/size, or after 48 hours.
  • Inners only fit the bags they’re listed for — check before ordering.
  • Cancellations: allowed within 48 hours only.
  • No refunds if delivery arrives within the 23–25 business day timeframe, even if earlier delivery was requested.

  • Tracking becomes available within 24 business hours after shipping.
  • Delays may occur due to quality checks, holidays, or material shortages.

Pre-Orders & Manufacturing:

  • Each bag is handcrafted with care, so early delivery isn’t possible.
  • Production: 20–22 business days
  • Courier delivery: +2–3 business days

  • All styles are made exactly as pictured — no embossing, strap changes, or resizing.
  • Extra-long strap (160 cm) available at checkout for a small additional cost.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

No cash refunds on any leather items, only exchanges are allowed if it meets the criteria as explained in our Returns Policy.

As we make use of 100% natural raw leather, it is important to understand that no hide ever looks the same.
The difference in colour and texture of the leather is what makes our bags so unique. Markings in the leather are also 100% normal, this is what gives your bag the perfect look when ageing. We will not accept any returns for differences in colour, texture or markings on the bags, as these are normal and totally unavoidable when handling the bag or the tanning process. 

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
